Mr. Hadeed:
Some time ago I was looking for antiques in a junk shop in southern
Maryland. It was proving to be a worthless trip when I noticed that the
table in the center of the rather dark room was standing on a folded carpet.
Because of all the junk piled every where all I could see was a little 
bit of the back of the rug. But that was enough.

After a bit of a haggle I bought the carpet for $125.00. When I got 
it home I found a 12 inch slice in it made I presume by a box cutter.

I brought the carpet to your premises ( I am a regular customer) and 
had it washed and repaired. I am told it was filthy and took a number 
of washes to get it clean. The repair was superb and the attached 
photograph shows the result. The repair is at the bottom of the photograph, but cannot be seen.

Wow! is all I can say. I have been using Hadeed Rug Cleaning service for over many years. My GrandMother passed away and I inherited an old, but beautiful and still in good shape (expensive Oriental Carpet). It needed to be cleaned by a business that 'KNOWS' their business. To test them out, I took a lesser expensive 9x12 Oriental rug to Hadeed. When they returned the rug, I opened it, layed it on the floor and was VERY PLEASED. So, I immediately called them to have the Oriental picked up. I spoke with a gentleman on the phone at the store, to explain everything. He PROMISED me he would take care of everything...and Hadeed did! My GrandMother's Oriental rug looks fantastic. If I were able to post a picture, for you to see, I would. Additionally, when Hadeed gives you a 'time frame' for pickup, they are there at the designated time. Drivers and staff are very pleasant. THANK YOU, Hadeed!
